Shipping policy

DISPATCH:

We aim to have orders packed and dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. During busy sale and promotional periods we may experience small delays, so we appreciate your patience.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped - please check your junk mail.

NOTE: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched once all items are available.

Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order before dispatch contact@tohen.com.au Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $300

Aust Post Standard 2-7 business days:  $10

Aust Post Express  1-4 business days:   $15

Order before 11:30am for Sydney Metro and wider Sydney region. Review address at checkout to see if you are eligible.

We ship internationally to New Zealand, Asia, North America, EU, UK and other markets. Below is an indication of expected standard delivery times.

SHIPPING TO OTHER MARKETS

We ship to a larger group of markets, however due to the complexities of estimating shipping costs, we will provide you with a quote for shipping your order, which you will need to approve, before we send the product.

DUTIES, FEES & TAXES

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes - this includes your country's GST or VAT fees. 

If these are due, the customer is responsible for payment of any import taxes, duties or clearance fees to receive the package. These must be paid by the customer to the relevant authorities when the package arrives in the destination of delivery. 

These charges will be in addition to the cost of goods and the shipping fees.
