Returns and Refund Policy – Tohen

We hope you love your Tohen pieces, but if something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Tohen offers free exchanges based on the following conditions.

Returned garments must be in original condition unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals securely attached.

Tohen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or have not been authorised in advance.

Refunds

If you are a registered Tohen customer, please log in to use the self-serve customer portal.

If you are a customer who chose to complete a guest checkout, please reach out to us at contact@tohen.com.au

Please note:

Return requests must be received within 14 days of delivery. Returns received outside this window will not be accepted.

A flat fee of AUD$10 will apply for all domestic returns.

A flat fee of AUD$35 will apply for International returns from EU, Asia and US

For other markets, the customer should arrange their own return shipping.

Original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend including tracking and insurance when returning your parcel.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, any original shipping fees, duties, and return costs will be deducted from the final refund.

Sale Items

All Tohen products sold with a discount of 40% or more, (price is 60% or less of the RRP) are non-returnable and all sales are final.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. While we'll always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted and entered our fulfilment process.
